Shipping to Canada and in the United States
We will gladly ship any order with a destination to Canada or the United States*. However, we do not currently offer international shipping.
* Excludes Alaska, Hawaiian Islands, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, and Puerto Rico.
Warranty
All our products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects.
Our products are handmade by artisans from natural and recycled quality materials. All imperfections in our materials are considered normal and this what makes the beauty of our products. They are not considered as manufacturing defects.
Abusive wear, neglect, accident, exposition to chemicals or extreme heat are not covered by our warranty.
Returns and refunds
If you wish to return your unwanted item(s) please do so in the 30 days following your purchase. We kindly ask that products are sent back in their original state and packaging. We will not accept shoes that have been worn or damaged.
You’ll find a return label in your package. Simply attach the return label onto the box and drop it off at your nearest UPS drop off location.
Please note that items purchased on sale are considered as final sales. Refunds and exchanges will not be possible.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at the moment, so if you would like to exchange something, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order with the desired style, color or size.
